The Breakfast Klub

The food was great and worth the wait! Came in on a Monday and it was packed. You wait in line to order your food and the line moved fairly quick. We ordered then waited to be pointed toward the next available table. The food comes out fast so people are usually in and out of there. I ordered the Chicken and waffles are it was delicious! My wife had the catfish and grits and honestly if I could've had catfish with waffles I would have! The catfish was bussin'! Go hungry when you go because the portions were large and we couldn't finish all our food. I love the vibe and all the cool art on the wall, which is available for purchase. This is definitely a great breakfast spot to visit when in Houston. The staff were all friendly. No complaints from my experience here.

I visited The Breakfast Klub last week. I got an amazing service and delicious break there. They all were really nice and fast. I would like to recommend this place to every looking for awesome breakfast and food. Thanks!

I cannot recommend this place enough. The food was incredible, but even if it wasn't, I would recommend it for their customer service. I want to be adopted and move in. The line was long and we were promptly told that we could go into the other part of the restaurant for their main dishes. We didn't have to wait and got our food very quickly. This is such a smart way to accommodate more people! I was so sleepy after eating so much food and joked that they probably had beds in the back for me to take a nap. Wish I lived in Houston, so this could be a regular spot for me. I don't leave reviews often, but I highly recommend!

I love everything about this place. The food is divine. The owner is kind and polite. The staff is fun and friendly, and the whole vibe of the place is chill. There is almost always a line, but it moves quickly and is 100% worth the wait.

DELICIOUS! AMAZING! I love this place. The owner Marcus & his brother are always so nice & they take the time to speak to their customers & make sure everything is ok. Yes, the line can be a bit long but that's to be expected on a Saturday and I have never waited longer than about 40min in line. The prices are kind of pricey but for the amount of food you get, it's worth every penny. The restroom needs MAJOR attention/remodel & I often avoid going unless it's an emergency. But the food never disappoints and I always leave with a nice size to go plate.

The food presentation was great, the atmosphere was good, the staff was tentative and wonderful. The Chicken and Waffles was great, the waffles were sweet, crispy and fluffy, the chicken was battered good with a crispy outer layer and juicy center. The Fish and Grits were a little bit over seasoned for my taste. Too much flavors going on for MY liking. But all in all I think everyone should go and experience it for yourself. Great place.

Came from out of state and this place was highly recommended. The line was wrapped around the building but patience proved worthwhile. The chicken and French toast was delicious!! Chicken was juicy and seasoned thoroughly. My sister got the catfish and grits deliciousness!!!😋😋😋😋

This is a must go to place for breakfast. We got here at just the right time to miss the crowd and line which wraps around the building. The staff was friendly and efficient , they provide menus as you wait in line and explain the ordering process. The food was flavorful and came out expeditiously. The portions was a good size and presented well. I would definitely recommend this place.

Line was long but it moved fast and the music and interactions with the staff helped the wait be more than tolerable. Every staff member I spoke with had a good, welcoming personality, like the actually like their jobs. More importantly though, the food was DELICIOUS. I had the meaty omelet with potatoes and a biscuit, french toast and fried pork chops. Also lemonade was so good and refreshing, though a little too sweet for my taste. I will definitely be returning soon.

The line is long but don’t let that scare you off! Line moves very fast and food comes out of the kitchen unbelievably fast. Chicken and waffles are best we’ve ever had. Chicken was super juicy and the waffle is by far the fluffiest and tastiest one I’ve ever had. We also had the 3 meat omelet and it was great. Even more impressive than the food is the staff. Friendly, helpful - could not be nicer

I ordered the chicken and waffles and when I got the first bite out of those wings I understood why people stood in that long line I always see outside. You could taste the many seasonings in those crispy juicy wings... paired with the fluffiest and best waffle I’ve probably ever had? Worth it.

I had been dying to go to the place for the longest and when my friend came from out of town i finally decided to try it. I cant wait to go back. The line may look long when you go but it moves VERY fast. The staff is extremely professional and knows exactly hot to do their jobs to make it as efficient as it can be. I tried the catfish and grits and my mouth is watering right now thinking about it. I also had the lemonade which the lady at the door said is made in house and it was so good. Like i said, i cant wait to go back. The ambiance here is also incredible.

Came here was the breakfast and saw a huge line. Although the line was moving super fast, in 5 min we were ordering our food. The service is also super fast. The portions are large and delicious. Great American food. Good job, guys!

Was so glad to finally stop in to the Breakfast Klub. I love their decor, which is bold and celebrates African American culture. When you enter, you are given a menu and you order your meal at the front register. From there, you're given a number for your order so that the staff may bring you your meals. I decided to try their special that day, which was a fried chicken omelet with grits. Boy. Those were the BEST. GRITS. EVER. They were buttery and salty deliciousness. The fried chicken omelet was okay, I was expecting bigger pieces of chicken. All of our meals came out very quickly. We were fortunate to avoid a long line of people who came in right after us.I can't say enough good things about the service. From the gentleman who greeted us at the door, to the woman who took our order, the folks that brought us our food, and the manager, who greeted every table and made sure everything was to the customers' satisfaction. Thank you for taking care of us!

Really like this place. Felt cozy and the staff was quick and attentive. Got what I wanted in a timely matter, and it was somewhat within my price range. I'm just not too fond of burger joints, but I had a good experience coming here.

Love the atmosphere, music and food. Energetic friendly and delicious. Had the wings, grits and biscuit. I made a little sandwich out of some of the wings and it was great. The fried chicken was wonderful. I'll be back for not only the food but the atmosphere, the general manager(terry) stopped by our table and was very welcoming.

Hosted a Brunch for family as well as Birthday for a Beautiful Person. First time EVER hosting and because of the Breakfast Club it was Absolutely Amazing. Everyone had only Great things to say about the food as well as the setup. Even when I thought it wasn't gonna be enough I had food left over. I'm very appreciative of Ms. Barbara and the Amazing Amazing Staff at the Breakfast Club for their HARD Work and Diligence in making sure my family had an Amazing Brunch!!! God Bless.
